November 18, 2025 Transportation Improvement Program conformity analysis open for public comment through December 18, 2025 The Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP) released a conformity amendment to the FFY 2023-2028 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). This amendment is open for public comment, from Monday, November 18 to Thursday, December 18.Ā Ā Conformity analysis is part of the transportation modeling process that evaluates the impact on air quality of projects in the ON TO 2050 plan update and the FFY 2023-2028 TIP, as amended. On-road vehicle emissions are reviewed to determine that the region will reach national ambient air quality goals.Ā Please review the ON TO 2050/TIP Conformity Analysis and TIP Formal Conformity Amendment 26-03.
