November 9, 2023 CMAP welcomes comments on its 2024-28 Transportation Improvement Program The Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP) released a conformity amendment to the Fiscal Financial Year 2024-28 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). Conformity analysis is part of the transportation modeling process that evaluates the air quality impact of projects in the ON TO 2050 Plan Update and the 2024-28 TIP, as amended. On-road vehicle emissions are reviewed to determine how the region will reach national ambient air quality goals. This amendment is open for public comment, from November 9, 2023 to December 9, 2023.
