Three additional briefs examine transportation funding in greater detail, including potential revenue sources, tolling and pricing strategies, and a road usage charge in Illinois. Together, these resources provide a closer look at both the RTP’s financial foundation and the policy questions northeastern Illinois will need to navigate as the plan is implemented.
